Job description
The Solution Manager International TC is responsible for the development of innovative TC customer solutions for countries in Asia Pacific. He ensures solutions complying with customer requirements and market conditions.
Key Tasks
General requirements
  • Development of innovative TC solution for multinational business customers (LAN, WAN, data, business voice, VoIP).
  • Ensure solutions comply with customer requirements and market conditions.
  • Ensure cost efficient customer solutions.
  • Ensure profitability of customer solutions according to Management directions.
  • Participation in Bid Teams and Due Diligences.
  • Technology consulting for customers and partners.
  • Conduct Solutions and Design Workshops.
  • Presentations of Solutions and Designs.
  • Development of Migration concepts.
  • Relationship Management with matter experts of partners and services providers.
  • Support of Product Management for development of new solution modules and new products.
  • Support of Product-Life cycle Management.
  • Supporting TC Strategy development for TSI and solutions market.
  • International cooperation with partners and other TSI functions.
Skills requirement
Professional experience
  • Extensive experience and expertise of international Telco’s including their SOP’s (especially IP WAN and VOICE products).
  • Experience dealing with Telco Service Providers.
  • Experience of international Telecommunications Industry (Solutions for Business Customers, Manufacturers, Service Providers, Operators) with a strong focus on Asia-Pacific.
  • Experienced working in Bid Team and participation in Due Diligences.
  • Well experienced in multinational working environment and international negotiation skills.
  • Expert in Telecommunications Solutions for Multinational customers.
  • Experience in project management.
Education
  • University degree in Telecommunications or relevant working experiences.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and a second language.
